For hygiene and quality control purposes, once a product has been delivered—even if unused—it cannot be returned.

3. Credit Card Payments
All credit card transactions are subject to review and verification before delivery approval.
We may request additional documentation to confirm identity and prevent fraud.
Orders will not be shipped or delivered until payment is verified.
4. Same-Day Delivery Promise
We proudly offer same-day delivery on most orders within our delivery area. Please note:
- Delivery is scheduled only after payment is verified.
- Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be scheduled for next-day delivery, based on order queue.
- Same-day delivery is subject to location and logistics availability.

6. Customer Error – Incorrect Size or Model
If the customer selects the wrong size or product, an exchange may be requested.
Customers are responsible for additional delivery fees, and exchanges are subject to product availability.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Products sold as part of a sale, clearance, or those with minor cosmetic imperfections will be delivered as described and are not eligible for return or refund.
8. Order Fulfillment Errors by Golden Mattress
If we deliver an incorrect item (wrong size, model, or type), we will promptly correct the error at no additional cost to the customer.
9. Policy Acceptance
By completing a purchase with Golden Mattress, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Return / No Refund Policy and Delivery Terms.
